My LG fridge shows Er FF. What does it mean?
It points to the freezer fan. Often the fan is blocked by ice from a defrost fault, so we check the defrost system as well as the fan before replacing anything.
Are you an official LG service centre?
No. We are an independent repair company. We repair LG appliances out of warranty, or when you choose an independent repair. If yours is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the seller first.
