Why does my Samsung fridge keep icing up?
On no-frost models, ice at the back usually means the defrost heater, sensor or control has failed. Clearing the ice only helps for a while, so we find and replace the failed part.
Are you an official Samsung service centre?
No. We are an independent repair company. We repair Samsung appliances out of warranty, or when you choose an independent repair. If yours is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact the seller first.
