Servicing
Oven maintenance
Ovens fail slowly: a seal that leaks heat, a fan that starts to whine, a thermostat that drifts. A service keeps baking predictable.

Before you call: quick checks
After a power cut, set the clock. Many built-in ovens will not heat until you do.
Check the oven is not on a timer or child-lock setting.
Make sure the selector is on a heating mode, not just the light or defrost.
If it trips the power, leave it off until we have tested it.

Do you repair built-in ovens?
Yes. We remove the oven from the cabinet when needed, repair it and refit it.
My oven is too hot or not hot enough. Can you fix that?
Yes. We measure the real temperature against the dial and replace the thermostat or sensor if it has drifted.
Can you replace broken oven door glass?
Usually, yes. We confirm the right glass for your model and fit it.
Do you work on gas ovens?
Yes. Gas ovens use a thermocouple and safety valve like a cooker hob, and we test both.
